Shipping Policy

Shipping and Processing Time 

All shirts are made as each order comes in. Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri). This does not include shipping time. Most, if not all, of the items listed are handmade. That's why I take extra care in packaging your goodies, ensuring they arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition.

 

All orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size and carrier rates. 

 

Lily of the Valley Creations is NOT responsible for:

    Delays with Postal Service

    Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items

 

I am not responsible for the package once it is shipped. Please refer to tracking information via email (check spam) for your tracking number. Should any issues arise, you will need to contact the carrier(USPS) directly. I am not responsible for lost packages. However, please feel free to contact me at info@lilyofthevalleycreations.com with any questions or concerns during the shipment process. I will try my best to assist in any way that I can. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their address is correct. I am not responsible if a package is shipped back to me due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Should you need to correct your address, please contact me as soon as you place your order and/or before your order has been processed. If a package is sent back to me due to an incorrect address, shipping refund will not be issued. If a customer requests a re-ship, customer will pay the cost of the re-ship. 

I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact me at info@lilyofthevalleycreations.com with a photo and the order number, and we will compromise on a final decision for replacement and/or refund.

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier(USPS) to investigate the issues. I am not responsible for packages where the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
